How a Heat Runs

Starter Triggers Race
Starter unit control whistles, start tones and false starts, triggering the official start signal that activates timing across the Immerse Timing ecosystem.. Speakers and displays relay these commands so swimmers and officials begin on the same cue.

Race Runs & Timing Starts
As the race begins, running times are shown live on poolside displays and connected scoreboards. All timing data syncs directly with Immerse Manager.

Splits & Finishes Captured
As swimmers race, touchpads and timing buttons record times, splits, and backup times. Every touch and press is logged and sent to Immerse Manager.

Exit & Heat Progression
At the end of the heat, the starter unit controls the exit signal. Immerse Manager then automatically progresses to the next heat, no need for manual resets.
